Crouse Medical Practice experienced physicians and advanced practice clinicians (APCs) provide family health care focused on each patient’s needs. We emphasize prevention, early intervention and patient education.
Our family health care services include regular physical examinations, immunizations, health screenings, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries. Our services also include chronic disease management for conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease or diabetes. If you have additional care needs, our practitioners can make referrals to a wide variety of other specialists.
We welcome new patients, and will do our best to accommodate you with one of our physicians or APCs. Please note, some of our established family health care providers have full practices and are not accepting new patients at this time.
